Beyond Burpees, great conditioning video

I liked that video. I even have done some of the movements on there. I do dips/l-sits as well as pull-ups/leg lifts. I even one up them and do a burpee into a pull-up (instead of just a quat into a pull-up). This back injury of mine has really forced me to become inventive with what I do. I'm enjoying it though.

Some nice stuff on there, but if ever I see another vid with Eminsoddingem in the background I'm going to have to flip out and kill everybody.
