    T.t.f.c.

    Can I get some clarification on theses principles. My sifu has alluded to them, but I may not yet be at 'Full understanding level' I mean beyond rise, sink, swallow, spit. For those who don't know, TTFC stands for Tun Tou Fou Chum (Sp.)
