    Best Bag For Your Buck

I wonder if any of you kind men/women could suggest what king of bag I should purchase to help with my martial art trainng. Keep in mind I have limited space and want to get the best bag for my buck. I also want to be able to condition my hands and legs on it as well as speed. Hey a lady knows what she wants.

Everlast, 80 lb heavy bag. softer on top, harder on the bottom, most versatile of the heavy bags, probably won't cost you more than 100 buck.

I would recommend a 6-ft Banana Bag so you can practice low kicks as well.

Title Boxing has a filled banana bag on sale for $99.00 plus shipping. Depends on where you are but shipping for me would be about $45.00. So a 100lb. banana bag for about $144.00. That's pretty good.
