I get emails like that all the time. Hotmail filters them into the junk mail folder.

I also got a business proposition from Russia. Apparently they wanted to send me some $10k checks once a week, have me deposit them in an account, and keep 10% for myself. Wow! That's $52k a year for going to the bank once a week! I'm sure the checks were legit, too. Oh, and the email said that after 6 months to a year, I would be offered a promotion and I'd get to go to Russia and get free stays in 5-star hotels, etc., while I was there.

And then sometimes I get emails from Nigerian royalty wanting to use my bank account to deposit large sums of money...

this is right up there with all the great "stock tips" i get in my email....

but at the same time, if your really interested in this woman, going and seeing her if you able is probably the best bet.

Some of the guys on that site said they actually went over and visited THEN got scammed.

What's the business? Russian Porn of course. Get some nudie pictures of her. Put them on your new Russina Porn site and charge for advertising. Get all of her hot little russian friends on your site. If she's into all of this, you've got yourself a winner. Then send her and her friends some money.

I'll try not to repeat with some other people said. But ya just be wary about it being a scam for money. I heard a lot about that with these foreign people scam.

It was mentioned before and I agree that it is the best solution is to instead of send money, fly there and meet her and take it from there to see if she is real.

On a related story:

There is this strange guy I train with. Unfortunately he has waaay more money than social skills. Anyway about four months ago he announced he was going to China to meet up with this woman he'd met over the internet....At the time I didn't think anything about it. I personally throught it was some sort of prostitution arrangement. However when he got back home he announced that he had married this woman. Now, according to this guy, he cannot bring her to the States for nine months. However I have a feeling that's not going to stop him from sending money to China in the mean time.

Anyway it all sounds like a big scam to me however this guy's a grown adult so it's none of my business.

On a side note: When this guy returned from China he got sick....very sick. I don't know the cause but he had some sort of swelling of the internal organs and almost died....he's still not out of the woods.

I believe it is a scamm, and this is really a short, fat bald guy living in a dingy apartment with a rust/brown colored, beer stained, couch who is doing this off of a laptop on his kitchen table while drinking wisky and smoking a cigar at the same time.

I picture all sorts of Pizza boxes, and fast food litter everywhere. The appatment is surey lit by a single light bulb hanging from a wire.....his only luxury is a high speed internet connection.....So I have been messing with her/him as much as I can.

I figured you guys would like to help.

Her E-mail went dead yesterday, but she just e-mialed me with a new one, I'll post it for your pleasure a bit later!

You never know. This little pudgy guy at work about 5'1 or so (everybody joked he looked like the kid in King of the Hill), did one of those dating services and got married to a very cute young Ukranian girl and brought her over here.

She had a pretty sweet deal. He worked, she didn't. She drove around a nice new little sports car and went to school working on first her Bachelor's degree, then her Master's that he paid for, and they bought a house.

So she had plenty of time to do whatever she wanted, he had a playmate, meanwhile she's raking in the $ in her savings account, so to speak, because if they ever get divorced she'll get 1/2 of everything.

Pretty sweet deal for her. I don't know if it's a good deal for him or not, but there's probably no chance he could have gotten as good looking a woman any other way.

So you never know.
