I am supposed to get this channel with my new Verizon TV package, but all I see is a 25 minute loop running 24 hours a day telling me what is going to be on BBTV. Looks good, but when is this channel going live?

I know this is a rather boring thread compared to what we have become accustomed to, but I can't get an answer from BBTV's website, no email replies from them either....
Has this channel ever been anything more than the 25 minute loop of fight/movie clips and psuedo ring-girls? Can I expect actual programming on there?
