Does anyone here have jow to driink? do you feel that they are beneficial to your internal cultivation? I have a good jow formula that helped me through my recent surgery, and wanted to see how others felt about this.

You might check out the Nei Jia / TCM section of this forum. SamuraiJack recently referred to an internal jow he'd used. There are others with knowledge too.

i can drink my sifu's jow, but i dont. not really sure what, if anything, it would do for chi. certain poison snake blood is supposed to strengthen chi...i wanted to try it when i was in China but did not have the opportunity, but had poison snake soup instead...lots of tiny bones.
