those guy's are great.. Matt serra is on the next ufc i think it's ufc 67.. I believe matt started his traning in kung fu and then begain traning at the grace academy...in ny
i definitely recommend the school excellent for bjj only
I've never been to NY but my friend has gone many times and always trains at the StraightBlastGym. I know they are more geared towards MMA and no-gi grappling, plus i believe they are more reasonably priced then many NY gyms. Here's their webpage:
