The Six Stars are part of a system of internal cultivation known as Neigong. Consisting of six standing exercises which rejuvenate the body’s foundation – from the marrow and bones to the muscles and connective tissues – they restore suppleness and strength by focusing Qi, or vital energy, resulting in a greater sense of solidity and depth. All participants, with or without experience, will benefit alike.

Workshop will be limited to 35 participants. Attendance is first come, first served based on postmark date of registration. To reserve a space, please send a $125 deposit (or the full $250 fee) written to “Share K. Lew” by January 24, 2007. Any remaining balance is due at the door. Master Share K. Lew, at 88, is a Daoist priest with over 60 years experience in the traditional Daoist arts. He received part of his education at Huanglong Guan (Yellow Dragon Monastery) on the Luofo Mountains in Guangdong, China. During 13 years of study there, he trained in the full range of Daoist healing and martial arts. The lineage he belongs to – Daodan Pai (Daoist Elixir Style) – traces back over 1,300 years to Lü Dongbin of the Tang dynasty who became one of the Eight Immortals of Daoism.
