Hello Everyone,

(I also posted this on the Mantis Quarterly forums in case it looks familiar)

I thought I'd share some TaiChi Praying Mantis forms with the group.


1) Upper 8 Elbow (I think it's upper) performed slow. This was filmed shortly after I learned the set. As you can see, the movements aren't smoothed together yet and you may detect some slight hesitation since the moves were still fresh.
