    Last night

Thank you to everyone who came out last night to my Shifu Shi Decheng’s qigong workshop last night. Despite coming together very quickly, it was a full house and my Shifu was very happy to see everyone and share Shaolin teachings. Special thanks to Gigi Oh, May Chen & Jeff Hung.

    Dinner with Decheng

We enjoyed a delicious dinner with Master Shi Decheng. It’s been a blessing to meet with him three times this year, here in Cali, in Houston at the Shaolin Kung Fu Games and at his school in Luohe, China. Next year will mark the 30th anniversary of our first meeting.

    I've been negligent here

I haven't been posting all the seminars & workshops on my master's 2024 US tour. Frankly, I haven't been able to keep up.

    Got this email from German.
Dear Shuang Long Martial Arts Students, family and friends!

We're excited to share that 31st Generation Shaolin Warrior Monk, Grandmaster Shi De Cheng will be visiting Tampa from November 11th to 17th. During his visit, he will be conducting two seminars on the 16th of November:

    · Shaolin JiBenGong Applications at Shuang Long Martial Arts (9 AM - 11 AM)
    · Shaolin MeiHuaQuan at Mt. Song Martial Arts (1:30 PM - 3:30 PM)
In collaboration with Sifu Mario Salazar from Mt. Song Martial Arts, we are extending this invitation to the broader martial arts community. We encourage all interested practitioners, regardless of style or skill level, to attend. However, please note that the MeiHuaQuan seminar may be more suitable for intermediate and advanced practitioners.

The cost for each 2-hour seminar is $60. Your support in sharing this invitation with your contacts would be greatly appreciated.

We look forward to welcoming Grandmaster Shi De Cheng and to learning from his vast knowledge and experience.

    Respectfully
