My disciple brother Scott called with our Shifu on the line. Sounds like he's doing well - enjoying his trip here to the U.S. - then he's off to Italy and Germany. It was great to hear his voice. My Mandarin has gotten really rusty however.

Shi Ba Shi Ji Ben Gong, otherwise known as the 18 skills of the Lohan. Shifu De Cheng will be going through all the skills that make up the basics of the Song Shan Shaolin system. Students who take another seminar on the same weekend will get 50% off their Ji Ben Gong tuition.

This session we will be starting work on Lain Haun Quan This will be an invitation only event for those who have been exposed and practiced the Basics attached to the form. Additional training for these basics will be Fridays 6PM for Jr.s and teens as well as the Tuesday and Thursday evening classes for adults.
