My metabolism is and always has been on the rampage. in 1 year of absolutely NO training, and eating like a sloppy fat sack of sh!t, Ive only managed to gain a small belly. (Which I am quite proud of)
Trying to gain weight...
I know I can push back from 165 to about 190 in the next 2 months with lean protein and a quite potent creatine blend...
But what about breaking that plateu?
Any good dieting ideas from anyone?
I get a chance to eat a good breakfast, but work about 10 hours a day with only a 30 minute lunch break...
Right now its looking like oatmeal, a banana, and a protein shake for breakfast,
Lunch will be tuna salad (with hardboiled eggs in it), and some ramen noodles,
Dinner will always be heavy with pasta and meats, or tortillas and meats. Or burgers... Either way, meats. And protein shake for desert.

Main thing is lunch...
