I used to work at a sushi restaurant, and eating it every day for years means that I only like it so often anymore -- it's not a treat like it used to be. Sushi places seem to be popping up everywhere now though -- even in the smaller cities which is cool. I'm all for international tastes and having more options in terms of restaurants.

I'll be in Scottsdale April 11-16 for a seminar (law not MA). Have any recomendations for authentic style sushi or Japanese food? Most of the sushi places are catering to Americans who think a California roll is authentic... If I find a place that has good fresh toro I'm turning backflips.
