Arizona Wing Chun seminar...
Hello everyone.....I have been asked to take to invite all to an upcoming seminar in Prescott Valley, Az April 28th and 29th. Sifu Sam Chan will be holding a 2 day Wing Chun seminar. The fee for the 2 days is $100.00 for students and $75.00 for Sifu level participants. Below is the full list of training that will be covered. Hope to see you there!

10:00am Review & Warm up (30 min.)

10:30am Single Hand Chi Sau ( Sil Lim Tau level required) (30 min.)
1. Single Hand – Principle of Bon, Tan and Fook Sau
2. Single Hand switching method
3. Single Hand free hand
4. Single hand Chi Sau – applications from Siu Lim Tau
11:00am Two Hands Chi Sau ( Chum Kau level required) (1 hour)
1. Structure and principles of two hands Chi Sau
2. Rolling and switching methods.
3. Sheung Chi Sau basic drills
12:00 noon Chum Kau Theories (30 min.)
1. Chum Kau applications in Chi Sau
2. Chi Sau footwork
12:30 Lunch Break
1:30pm Wing Chun Wooden Dummy (Permission by instructor) 1 ½ hours
1. Section 1 – Judging distance and Yil Ma
2. Section 2 – Deflecting theories and applications
3. Section 3 – Sinking and body weighting theories from Chum Kau
4. Section 1 to 3 – Relationship with Sil Lim Tau and Chum Kau
5. Open practice and question
3:30pm Wooden Dummy applications in Chi Sau ( 1 hour)
4pm – 5pm Private Lesson ½ hour for each section – 2 students only in each section.

1. Section 4 – Quen Sau Po Pai, Bon Sau Po Pai and Kan Sau Po Pai applications.
2. Section 5 – Kan Sau and trapping applications.
3. Section 6 – Lin Wan Gerk, Huen Ma and Sip Ma applications
4. Section 6 – Continuous attack and sweeping applications.
5. Section 4 to 6 – Relationship with Bil Gee
6. Open practice and question
12noon Entire seven section of Wooden Dummy review and training (30 min.)
12:30 Lunch Break
1:30pm Advance Chi Sau (1 hour)
1. Chi Sau inside 4’ x 4’ area
2. Chi Sau with obstacles
3. Blind fold Chi Sau
4. Chi Sau in dark
2:30pm Lok Dim Boon Kwan (30 min.)
1. Pole warm up exercise
2. Pole stances
3. Basic pole techniques
