    Northern Monkey form?

    Has anyone heard of a "Northern Monkey" form within the context of Shaolin kung fu?

    Northern Monkey

    Yes, Most all shaolin systems have at least 1 or 2 monkey forms.

    Bak Sil Lum Pai or Northern Shaolin has the "Northern Monkey Form"

    That's a nice link. Would be better if there were sample clips of vids.
    Master of Shaolin I-Ching Bu Ti, GunGoPow and I Hung Wei Lo styles.
