Greens+ is the only supplement that I have taken that has given me my money's worth and has had very beneficial side effects. There are variations of the same product out there, I have tried one knock off and it was not as good. Greens+ is very expensive but well worth every penny.
Others I have tried I did not notice the effects but maybe they were more subtle general health things. I do still take Calcisum/Vitamin D several times a day and used to take that joint stuff (not the green one! )...I can't remember what it is called. I did not notice a difference in my joints but I am generally in good health.
