    The Bruce Lee Postage Stamp

The Bruce Lee Postage Stamp for 2012 (Year of the Dragon)

The Tiger Claw Foundation is supporting BruceLee.com, the Official Bruce Lee site, with their campaign to have Bruce Lee honored on a U.S. Postage Stamp. In order to get Bruce Lee’s candidacy on the Selection Committee’s radar, public support is needed. You can help by filling out the online support form at http://www.brucelee.com/site/stamp or downloading a letter there and mailing it. Do it now. In order for Bruce Lee to become a postage stamp candidate for 2012, support must be garnered as soon as possible.

    In cooperation with BruceLee.com, KungFuMagazine.com and TigerClaw.com.

IWuF Compulsory Routine Seminar: Changquan (Long Fist) & Nanquan (Southern Fist)

The Tiger Claw Foundation is supporting the International Wushu Federation Compulsory Routine Seminar: Changquan (Long Fist) & Nanquan (Southern Fist) held on December 9, 2012, at the Legend Kung Fu Academy in Newark, California.

This year the International Wushu Federation (IWUF) announced the creation of 10 new compulsory routines. All of these routines are currently in use for the Junior World Wushu Games. Also the IWUF Technical Committee announced that the Changquan, Nanquan and Taijiquan compulsory routines will be included as new medal events in the next adult IWUF World Wushu Games hosted by Malaysia in November 2013.

This one day seminar offers a unique opportunity to learn the complete routines of either Changquan or Nanquan as prescribed by the IWUF for international competition. The course is divided into two 3 hour sessions covering required combinations, step by step instruction and key points to avoid technical deduction.
