Chan Wu Gong Fu Academy is located at the foothills of the Nine Lotus Flower Mountain (Jiu Lian Hua Shan), close to Dengfeng, Henan Province, China. The Academy is situated in a small, traditional village on the outskirts of Deng Feng proper and is easily accessible by taxi, bus and motorcycle taxi.

The small village environment gives you the opportunity to learn and understand Shaolin Gongfu and the culture of the Chinese people as in the old days of the Shaolin Temple. The hills and winding paths around the house provide a challenging morning run, as well as a great place for morning Qi Gong in addition to a place to quietly discover yourself. The training at the Academy includes Traditional North Shaolin Gong Fu and South Shaolin Gong Fu and Tai Ji (basics, empty hand and weapon forms as well as Chin Na), Sanda (a fighting style including punches, kicks as well as locks and throws), Qi Gong (soft/internal such as Ba Duan Jin and hard/external such as the Iron Body) as well as the opportunity to learn about Meditation, Chan Buddhism, Chinese Language as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine.
