How do I get a picture on my profile???

As above. I'm no computer master & I've seen other people's profile's with pictures. I find it's a bit more honest (in my opinion)if you have your pic available. How do I do it? :confused:

You have to use the [img] [/img] command to put a picture. But before that you need to upload it to a server.

A free web page is probably the best way to go. Find a site that offers free webspace (Yahoo Geocities, Xoom, etc) and upload a picture there. Do a Google search for free web pages OR see what the other guys here are linking to.

To upload, most free sites have a page where you browse and select a file on your computer and upload it. Once uploaded, get the URL address of the picture and then you can link to it in your profile.

You can also use an FTP program to upload files to your webpage.
Download.com offers freeware and shareware FTP programs. I recommend FTP Commander 5.4 if FTP is the way you want to go.

To the rest of the forum members- are there any other ways? Can you link a picture from a Yahoo photo album?
