    Mount Luo Sect kung fu.

    Those who are from White Eyebrow and Dragon may interested to know this sect has a 'Three Step Push' form, which some claim is a seed fist form for Dragon and Bak Mei.

    Saw the vid when Mantis108 posted it. Very interesting to see, but I can't read the chinese text he posted with it.

    So if anyone can shed some more light on this I will be very happy
