Yeah, squirrels deal with impossible situations well. They may be bold but they always seem to have an exit strategy which is typically running away fast. I once asked a great fighter how he would deal with a certain attack and he honestly said he would run. That is really great squirrel style to me!

Running As A Kung Fu In Squirrel EMJ

    241 lbs. last night

I had a sweater. On it was a saying from an indiginous native American Indian leader--a chief. This quote had three animals on it. I think someone might have asked or said about a knug fu for that animal. I made a technique for each animal...Panda. Dolphin. Cheatah.-Ernie Moore Jr.

Ernie Moore Jr.'s Kung-Fu attempt Squirrel's Panda shows roundness and plop--the use of momentum to weaponize the torso..It uses a rounded back. Fling into the front of an opponent.

The door for this technique opens with an intercepted straight punch or cross types of punch..[Notene cannot typically intercept a propper Boxer's hook.]

The forearm and elbow goes over theirs. Continue to hold the wrist-forearm... Pull your grab to your shoulder. Hit your shoulder. Step-in to the opponent even under them share the vertex of the opponent .-Ernie Moore Jr.

One would be using the grab as an initiator of spiraling momentum,,,

By the end of it. One faces where they had been facing. Crash into the opponent .. shoulder scapula spine or in-betweens.land...one pivots on the step and falls into the opponent--curl- curve the back longitudinally and latitudinally and shoulder-to-shoulder is bowled-bowed.-Ernie Moore Jr.

This should be considered a cutsie fun theoretical move--Squirrel's Panda.-Ernie Moore Jr.

    ___________
Squirrel's Dolphin is a closed-open uppercut with the backhand to the wrist.... primarily a Crane's beak.. it rises with an upthrust elbow.. it curves as it moves away and falls.-Ernie Moore Jr.

The elbow follows the fist...The strike returns to strike under the lifted elbow.

Its longest dive--it caresses he striker's own face--between the temple-ear-and facial cheek.-Ernie Moore Jr.

The move is to resemblea a dolphin jumping out of the water and diving and swimming after dive.-Ernie Moore Jr.
    ______________

Finally and most relevant to the previous post on running being Squirrel--Squirrel's Cheatah.-Ernie Moore Jr.

Squirrel understands there are possibilities of failure. Superuor numbers.. threat of imminent injury by weapons... the practitioner actively looks for a path chain--points to run to after a charging shove or landed scaring attack to put-off their mind from the runner.-Ernie Moore Jr.

The Squirrel practitioner uses reaching glancing rammings or other strikes as aporoaching..or passing. Changing direction during hurried footmoves..seek to move by barriors and put stuff between opponents and Self. -Ernie Moore Jr.

Moving short distances passing aggressors and obstructing direct sight...the Squirrel practitioner would catch a breath and burst move ever ****her away clinging to dark areas to obstruct clearness. Moving amongst objets and along walls to reduce the potentials to being surrounded.....this would be Squirrel's Cheatah Kung-Fu.-Ernie Moore Jr..

Move from opponent to opponent, not completing techniques but brief engagements--avoiding getting bogged-down by engagement with one or two such that one gets distracted,, crowded or enveloped .. At worst bounce from a pivot[not a step-EMJ] spreading injuries within the group..prologed-the majority receives multiple injuries--attack limbs to eventually cripple-disable opponents and discourage their ability to step after you and or or raise their arms to attack or bind you. This too would be Ernie Moore Jr.'s Kung-Fu attempt Squirrel's Cheatah Kung-Fu.

Yes, "avoiding getting bogged-down by engagement with one or two" is what makes a good form, and I'm not talking about those bland forms that just have an extra move for monkey jumping out of tree to add a third opponant!

Squirrel's 5) Licking Fist and Elbow Hind EMJ

    243.2 (a night ago)

    Squirrel's 33

    05) Licking Fist Elbow Hind

[in setting-up the eye-up straight punch the fist is withdrawn by the elbow,, pulling the forearm along the ribs the elbow does not pass the back. At this point, one might squeeze-out an extra technique of elbow passing the back to be a rearward strike.--Elbow Hind--Elbow To Rear.-No_Know

To turn 33 into 34 here sacrifices effectiveness of the more rapid attacking eye-up straight punch--elbow at parasagittal plane,, fore of forward plane--coronal plane [effectively under shoulder].

All Squirrel punching happens from elbow, foreward of coronal plane--even forward of that side's shoulder.-Ernie Moore Jr.
The straight punches are dragged under a heavy target hand--...the fist starts fisteye-up..it converts when target hand brushes over, to palm-down--fistback-up. The hand --fingers together palm-getting hit does not yield much--yield enough to absorb and dissapate force. When forward going has been stalled pressing forward has not. Prigress can begin again when target hand licks the fistback and forearm--leaning and downward pressure making punching straight--an effort of the arm to elevate just to keep even.-Ernie Moore Jr

The punch is always pushed; but not always progressing.

    06) Backfist

The backfist is performed in front but to That! side--just inside the shoulder,, at about shoulder clavical level.-Ernie Moore Jr.

The target hand fingers are pointing to the right hand side..not at it just rightward. The wrist is level of the nose bridge in front of the eye on the side if the backfist.-Ernie Moore Jr.

From Backfist....elbow drops down and back to point down..forearm upward outward fistpalm twisted faces opposite side clavicle breast....front meets palm....fisteye looks passed fisteye's side-ear.-Ernie Moore Jr.

Did you even know that squirrels have more than opposing thumbs. They have opposing fingers too, so its like tiger claw in both directions...

Squirrel's 33 17) Backfist To Side Ernie Moore Jr.

    243.2 lbs. ~3 nights ago

    Squirrel's 33:

    17) Backfist Sidefacing Halted by Backhand
    Slide-off

    18) Hypotenuse Punch (elbow higher than fist)
    Shoulder to solar plexus

    19) Elbow as Followthrough
Glancing Blow to Fist Under Arm
    (at around armpit)

    20) Elbow (in to out) proximal distal Rising Halted
*Target-Catch: Wrist slightly bends palm down...cups outside elbow....fingers droop to spread fingers snare bottom elbow
Refers to beginning Note in 21)..

    21) Hammerfist Swing Halted
    (shoulder ribs)
    Chest blocks the eye to
    Eye sees the left.

    22) Elbow Inside Smashes Left Halted
    (shoulder ribs)
Fist shifts to spread fingers palm at height

    23) Elbow Smash (shoulder ribs)
[the elbow must rise to be brought-down]

Elbow Rises--This could be added to 33(34) to make this 34(35)[Note: both extra moves are elbows],, however, a focus on this transition-preparitory move as a followthrough strike detracts from the technique it prepares.

One spends too long of a moment to Deliver an Elbow Rising..you loose portions of seconds Away!!-from this follow-up or 2nd elbow strike.

In 33 the moves are one after another and the target-catch hand moves to the strike area... A Squirrel practitioner expects getting jumpped. 33 is stillnes to breathe and practice and condition....the function requires movinibg to deliver techniques...not always to the same opponent...find the targets but from the last technique the Next technique should be could be useful. The application in a real situation...practice Should!! be apply techniques to develop not to deliver techniques.-Ernie Moore Jr.

33 is multiopponent voping done in a focus.-Ernie Moore Jr.

Perhaps informational that some transition moves are or are opportunities to also strike. But practice can't!! Be variable if you choose a form. Make decisioms on what I'm working with working on here and stick to it. Practicing sections of form I might could explore.. but I should have decided on correct actions that are good devlopmental..fun..practical seemingsituationally and align for my better breathing.-Ernie Moore Jr.

    24) Hammerfist Halted
    (elbow pulled to ribs)

    25) Straightpunch Eye Sees Sky Delayed
    Followthrough

No_Know note: Halted shall be written Delayed for Ernie Moore Jr.'s Kung-Fu attempt Squirrel's 33......33 includes developing continuing the intent of a technique-even with interference-be willing to yield if one can slide into a deliverable attack.-Ernie Moore Jr.

The target being gonethrough, now presses from the nuckles to the shoulder. It presses downward so that the puch has to work for it, yet can achieve.. and no strain that damages....only hopefully develops a resistance to Resistance.

The techniques either break!! (choppy) [Perhaps the slighter of pausing to distinguish its finishingness] and go to the next technique

    Orrrrrrrrr

Slide-off. Orrrrrrrr sustain extension (upwards of 2 to 5 seconds). There are three sustainrd extensions in Squirrel's 33- @5, @25, @33.-Ernie Moore Jr.

Squirrel's 33 25) Straightpunch Eye To Sky Delayed Followthrough Ernie Moore Jr.

243.2 lbs (about 4 nights ago)

    Squirrel's 33:

    25) Straightpunch Eye Sees Sky Delayed
    Quarter Turn Followthrough.-EMJ

    26) Fist Become Sidefacing Palm
    Moves to other elbow's swing
    [Elbow's fist at shoulder armpit]

    27) Backfist: Elbow Rips To Side.
Backfist glances curved palm after which
    Backfist reaches a defensive prime

    28) Outward Fist Becomes A Palm
Palm and Other Elbow move to meet
    Elbow's fist at shoulder armpit

    29) Elbow Is Pulled To Side
    Backfist glances palm slide
    Towards a defensive prime

    30) Open Fist Smash Inside Elbow In
    At shoulder's variance.

    31) Open Palm Goes To Ear
Rising Elbow Prepares To Smash Down
Elbow Pulled to ribs Skyward Palm Delays Elbow

[Note: just realized some of these might be loopable for a perpetual technique]

    32) Hammerfist Glances

    33) Eye To Sky Delayed Punch Follwsthrough

Squirrel's Scorpion Strikes And Basic ModelErnie Moore Jr.

242.8 lbs. (2 or so nights ago)

I was asked to write a Squirrel manual. I don't say a Squirrel Kung-Fu manual. The stuff that looks attack defense is Ernie Moore Jr's Kung-Fu. And when you do Squirrel thevAttack defense would be from hour experience ans [inserted name ('s)] Kung-Fu Squirrel. Squirrel is the alignment. The methodology of body mechanics not stepping outside of the hips. Stand flat footed..step flatfooted (from bagua ch'uan but not as they move in modern portrayals of) no tippytoeing. Stand from the Earth..sole of the feet forward and flat..knees over toes and the body in line,, knees locked in place..fall back,, hips over heels. Hips locked in place.fall back all the rest of the upper in-line. Upper middle back behind heels...lock..middle upper back backandup. The rest needs to be forward to not tip over....but thus basic alignmet is to be present for a technique to be Squirrel

The methodology or mechanics is setting the torso--the aftarms come from behind body out of contact to huggingish the ribs..moving the elbows forwardpushes the torso under itself [One might suppose the affects-aligns the ribcage--as an accolyte putsout a flame with a snuffer of a lighter-snuffer thinggie..surround the flame not touching the edges the bell creates an environment [the lungs hang free--and hhave a dedicated structure in which to expand uninhibbited-Ernie Moore Jr]. The forearms from above and grabbing connected at the elbow drop with less tensening to hang as does a squirrel's arms out yet down yet up. And the hand similarly less tense then also the fingers... Squirrel is a series of locked off articulations maintaining restriction--maintaining a structure first established. Al techniques are to proceed from here and have Squirrelness if not are pure Squirrel perhaps some might say somewhat.-Ernie Moore Jr I No_Know

The Squirrel [Ernie Moore Jr's Kung--Fu in techniques is effectively interchangeable with the word Squirrel-both lables -identifiers...but tagging a technique with the branding limits pirating of moves some..hopefully-Ernie Moore Jr.]Scorpion Strike is a rearing-back finger primarilly the second digit.

This move happens after a ciriling or rounding enveloping move ideally deflecting-capturing a limb near a major near end limb articulation . Then applying the strike which would strike a meridian point..an image reminiscent of a scorpion tail strike.

It's actually more like a stingerless strike....but to a young man [Black adjacent males might refrain from using the term boy(s) in ref reference to themselves-Ernie Moore Jr.] . excited about translating something in Nature to a human performed move that continues in the tradition of Kung-Fu of certain movies depicting teaching knowledge for security-health-fitness-resistance to being made a victim of....we call it a Scorpion strike dobe from a Squirrel alignment.... Squirrel's Scorpion Strike. Identifying it as Ernie Moore Jr.'s is good tagging nice branding and holding too tightly.. so I drop myself from the labling and will havevto settle-in to thatbthis is of me regardless ofvit's lable...eventually regsrdless of who knows...Ernie Moore Jr. Needed something to save his life with health and fitness and options fir defense so he could breathe. Squirrel is Erni Moore Jr's breath....Ernie Moore Jr.'s thinking....Ernie Moore Jr.'s breathing.

The wrist grab might be seen in Wushu and Tai Ch'i. The Squirrel practitioner must envision the attack andvto some exent the attacker. Both attacksvand attacker are varied-- all techniques are done for situational variances. An attack faster than I can move catches me...I then must positionalize my stuffies to address such an attack. The statement will vary.. but the usea might be consistant--design a repeatable stance-technique replying to a stronger faster moreagile opponent who has attack helpers...we will have categories and in creating technique we do not consider addition of a weapon. Weapon responses are to be their own situation. We will not mix situations. We outside of drilling are to consider spliced situations..but this differs from mixing by seeing the situation becomes another situation instead of the morphing of a single situation (ongoing).-Ernie Moore Jr.

Squirrel's Scorpion Strikes originally was A tight clasp. It falls under Squirrel Numbers. It is a 200s. Do the move 200 times.-Ernie Moore Jr.

Realizing if I have a person's forearm near the wrist then I can see my palm when the opponent is there, but air. The practice has to functionally be for a grab where my digits are separated by the limb portion grabbed.-No_Know
    [SIZE=5] ]
This open clasp is done instead of the tighter for developing that range of strength-- the muscle conditioning at tightest-no wrist might perform to failure levels at the wider position. Muscles must be exceedingly close to actual effect position outside of this the grab can fail bigger as that length of muscle would not have been trained.-Ernie Moore Jr.

Right mow I decided that both have merit. One is strengthening onevis funutional. Bith are 200's . All 200s are to be done on both sides sans responsibiliy of chores tasks errands for which scheduling precludes finishing a 200 set.
