because when I do a charp choi I hit with one knuckle of the middle finger only, and when hitting a bag maybe I pentrate and hit with the knuckle of my ring finger aswell

But doing puchups on one knucke must really hurt.
You have to work up to those push ups, but if you do them alot like me and clfnole you will get it!

Almost, a good way to work up to those push ups is to balance on you knuckles and knees. Like doing them half way, when you get stronger then do them the normal way.

You press onto 1 knuckle. You need to play with the position of each hand in the different positions to get more knuckles along the ground. You can't be just on the middle knuckle the whole time.

Same way you train Fung ahn choi, another single knuckle technique.

another idea, start attacking the top of a heavy bag, where its all soft, and work your way down into the harder centre.

like attacking eyes, and moving down to solar plexus.

    Clf

when i practice CLF i go in to the traditional horse stance but when in a real fight i would use kwa and sow chui and a few boon kius. in a life and death situation i would use fu jaos and eye gouges or phoenix eyes. it was keep a regular boxing stance except my hards vary on the fighter. when doing my sow chuis ill go on a low heel toe horse stance.
