Thread: Reputable qi (chi) practice in Queens, N.Y...?

    Thanks Shaolinlueb.... the school I just rejoined (after many years) teaches nei kung. I think I am going to study the nei kung that the school offers, since it is intended as a compliment to the tai chi and meditation that is taught there as a complete "system". Here is the link:

    I don't do much chi training. but the couple exercises i do do are good. 8 brocades you can't go wrong, a lot of schools have different variants of them. plus i also do this one called sun, moon chi gung which is health chi gung.
