    Lau Gar Fai Loong Gee

    Hi, I have a few questions
    1)
    Close to the start (facing north) when you cross step and turn to face west executing a single spear strike are you in a regular fighting stance or bow and arrow?
    2)
    Then do you adjust to a wider stance to do the double pressdown, raise up and double spear strikes all to the west?
    3)
    You repeat these 3 movements again, are they to the south or at an angle( southeast)?
