This is a form taught as part of the shaolin wushu cirriculm .As with any form it takes time and a knowledgeable teacher.For an adult male some of the posture will be challenging.,but that does not mean that you should omitt strectching as part of your training. In fact it should be part of ALL CMA practitioners wither internal or external.
If you are looking for a combination of stretching. conditioning, and practice . I would suggest that you look for a Northern Wushu school in your area(Houston).
Be patient as Houston is a small CMA community.
