    Where to get a timer?

I'm looking to get a personal timer that has selectable round times and rest times to make it easier to workout at home on my heavy bag. The professional gym ones I'm finding all cost over $100. I just want something simple and inexpensive (under $30?). I saw one from Everlast for around $12.99 but read horrible reviews on Amazon.com. It seems like something easy to make, but I can't find anything.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for the help.

    thinking of this...

Axiak Boxing & Martial Arts Timer

Still a little more than I'd like to pay (it's $59), but much less than some gym timers with the features I want.

Anyone have experience with this? Any other suggestions?

    Interval timer for 19.95.

My only regret is that I only bought one.

    Follow Up

    Thanks for all the suggestions.

Just wanted to follow up and say I ordered the Gymboss timer and it's great. Small enough to fit in your pocket and it has a vibrate mode in case you want to use it at the gym.

Perfect for focus mit / bag work rounds and also for tabata workouts or splits.

It came quickly too. Only took a couple days.

    Thanks again,

Kitchen timers are $ 4 at WalMArt. If you need something fancy for intervals, just pick up a couple.

I use ringside's interval timer and love it.

The gymboss is only $20 and does whatever interval you want. I ordered one.

There is no max time for the gymboss?
    60 minute rounds?

Or does it only go up to 5?

    I got a bit confused

You can set the rounds, and the intervals, anywhere from 2 seconds to 60 minutes.
