A few days ago it looked the waiver and/or the venue was gonna be the excuse.
Even if he gets the waiver done(which we have yet to find out), he still has the venue excuse along any other last-second happenings; ie an injury, sudden family issue, alien abduction, etc. he can use in a pinch.
I still say there is no way will he fight Anthony.
