Martial Hero magazine article

I thought someone may get some use out of the article. Some parts are in Chinese some are in English.
These are some basic techniques for common attacks. They aren't the best answers for every situation but they are just some examples. I am not in any of the pics, lol I must have been out that day.

You can't 100% tell whats going on from picture to picture so please keep that in mind.

Some of my fav stuff that I have used many times in sparring are here like Tan lan gerk, gun sao uppercut, gum sao for snap kick and gun sao kickback.

I like the magazine, but its not all in English... and I only speak English..
