dragon, tiger, bear, snake, chicken, ape, dear, eagle, crane, camel (?) etc.
representing 10 powers/jin.
most of the names are familiar in the literature.
nice to see the practice of a single posture.
and interpretation of ideas and forms.

the idea of 6 big opening (liu da kai) is all represented.
Ding (push), Bao (enclose), Ti (rise), Dan (single), Kua (use of hip), and Chan (entanglement).

The single postures are:
1. extending fist (Cheng Quan)
2. subduing the dragon (Xiang Long)
3. taming the tiger (Fu Hu)
4. hit and elbow push (Huo Da Ding Zhou)
5. black tiger rise (Hei Hu Ti)
6. hitting with the hip (Kua Da)
7. punch (Xian Chui)
8. retreating kick or heel kick (Cho Bie Zhi)
9. circularly enclosing (Quan Bao)
10. penetrating enclose (Chuan Bao)
11. enclose and rise (Bao Ti)
12. followed step entaglement (Shun Bu Chan)
13. moving step and side kick (Fo Bu Chuo Tui)
14. rise, hip and single strike (Ti Kua and Dan Yang Da)
