Like most muscle comics, you can expect a lot of supplement ads, articles promoting supplements, and a lot of over complicated lifting programs designed for people on drugs.
many bb zines are company owned and will shamelessly pimp their products in what often times looks to be neutral comparisons.
the articles are normally pretty good tho.
not sure who owns muscle & fitness, but u can normally tell by the amount of product ads.
m & f is one of the better fitness mags I have read. not just bodybuilding focused. matter of factly, pavel used to have a monthly column in it.
