haha .... i've been around ... occasionally posting in the health and fitness section. the internet company i work for bought out another company and of course absolutely nothing went right - thus robbing me of my precious posting time. things are starting to settle down now and i should be around more frequently. its funny no matter how long you stay away from kfo you always end up coming back. **** ... i think ive been on the forums for the better part of a decade now.
