    Invulsion in the shoulder

Just had ultrasound and x-rays on the shoulder. Not a good report. Multiple calcifications, tendonitus, and an invulsion.

The calcification has accumulated over time, scarring on the tendon, as I would expect from Pak Mei training, but I'm concerned about the invulsion.

Anybody got any experience with this kind of injury? I believe it is the tendon partially or completely pulling off the bone.

    TIA

I had a skiing injury when I was 15. Totally jacked my shoulder. Turns out, a tendon attached to my clavical pulled off a bone chip and was detached. 6 weeks in a sling and the bone chip re-attached. Still have a lump on my shoulder though.

Listen to the doc, take some time off and get some physical therapy if you can.

    Hope this helps.
