Kung Fu Nuns & Shaolin Nuns

We've discussed jade egg. I've never heard of it as part of a Shaolin practice. The nuns are pretty secretive - there's not much known about them.

well, the golden egg is the boy version.

I am curious as to what sort of shaolin torture these lasses put themselves through if any.

do they practice martial kungfu at all?
