    1st Chapter

    This is the first of six "chapters" in the 8-Step system. Each chapter can be done individually, or all of them as one long form. Doing them all at once is difficult.

    The first four build certain pattern of techniques. The last two change those patterns, making the practitioner think.

    This form is very close to the one I do.
