The "BIBLE" of Jeet Kune Do

Hi All,

Many Jeet Kune Do practitioners have come to call the Tao of Jeet Kune Do the "Bible" of JKD. If you do NOT have this book, and you consider yourself a martial artist, then you have to get your hands on this book. Oh, and if you but it though this link, Amazon.com takes 20% off the price. You pay only $11.60.

Here is what they say about it on Amazon.com:
To watch Bruce Lee on film is an amazing experience. Those who have read Tao of Jeet Kune Do, however, know that Lee's prose can also be exhilarating. This praiseworthy and enduring bestseller (mainly written over six months when Lee was bedridden with back problems) compiles philisophical aphorisms, explanations on technique, and sketches by the master himself.

Synopsis
An international bestseller with over 236,000 copies sold, this is Bruce Lee's philosophic conception of the art of jeet kune do, in the original words, drawings and thoughts of the late master martial artist/film star himself.

Just ask any JKDer you know, and they will ALL recomend this book.

It is truly a "MUST HAVE"

All the best,

BIG Sean Madigan

no matter what style you definately will benefit from this book...GET ONE!

its amazing to me, the degree of understanding that Bruce had and that he could convey the knowledge and WOULD convey the knowledge of fighting mechanics.

I slept on this book for many years (slept on means - "didnt get" for those deficient in slang vernacular )

That is a useful aid in studying MA no matter what style you study. I thank Bruce for leaving behind those notes so we could see what was going through his head all that time and providing us with his insight from studying MA. RIP
continue training... oh yeah, and buy the book if you don't have it...

I know I posted this in the jkd forum, but....

The Art of War - Sun Tzu, and The Book of Five Spheres (rings) - Miyamoto Musashi....

Two other 'must have books', imho.
