Forgive the general lack of enthusiasm for being dragged on to the same boring merry go round by your newcomer's niaive enthusiasm, yet again.
Frankly, he made a complete balls-up of such basic managerial tasks such as naming successors or endorsing qualified instructors, and his teaching methods and material were terribly inconsistent. I would hope he would have done things differently had he had his time over, as it's hard to believe he could have done it much worse. Not to say he didn't have skills, just that he demonstrated none in the areas mentioned.The real scary thing is, if he had known that Wing Chun would grow so much do you think he would have tried to do anything different?
