What those "styles" has to offer is strong basics and high percentage moves through actual pressure testing environment.
Now shuai jiao and sport san shou is similar to that. Other CMA? Well ....
I practice and teach praying mantis Kung Fu. I have a former student who has entered Pankration format competition and performed well. IMHO It's not whether Kung Fu can or can not perform in MMA type of venue. It's a matter of the direction and growth for the individual system or style. If Kung Fu can stick with the basic and pressure test all skill sets, what's left is the high percentage stuff. I am sure MMA will see value in that and will adopt it. But before that's going to happen, I think Kung Fu is not that attractive to them.

Mantis said it well.
As for it exclusively drawing from wrestling, judo, boxing, thai boxing, and bjj, some guys will use other techniques from other arts. Yves Edwards KO'd Josh Thomson with a flying kick, David Loiaso(sp) used a TKD kick to that hurt his oppt bad enough the fight ended seconds later, and many guys use the 'Superman punch' and flying knees.
