I'm gonna hit them again tonight, hopefully somewhere where my knees don't hit the ground (I can't even try them in the sitting position there cos it's a bike rack and the bikes get in the way!)

I was thinking a good test would be to see how many 3 min rounds you can do 1 min rest either pads or heavy bag. Thoughts
Can't be standardized at all. One guy's 3 mins on a heavy bag is another guy's twenty-minute coronary.
