    BTW, talking of 'rules', what are people doing for squats? I'm going ATG.
    its safe to say that I train some martial arts. Im not that good really, but most people really suck, so I feel ok about that - Sunfist

    I was thinking a good test would be to see how many 3 min rounds you can do 1 min rest either pads or heavy bag. Thoughts

    Can't be standardized at all. One guy's 3 mins on a heavy bag is another guy's twenty-minute coronary.

    Chins = Palms in ( Stronger position).
