A Yellow book. Not much more than forty techniques. was in chinese. Started off with horse techniques. Had Dragon techniques Had tiger named techniques. oval headedolder picture Shao-Lin monk types.

Showed book to Sifu Goh (Baltimore) guy, guy said it was one of their form or like it and had the color red in the title.

What's the form and I'd like the book for less trhan ten dollars. Thank you.

The form "Small Red Fist" is from the Tian Shan Pai system.

The Crane book is from Canada, I believe they have a 2nd book out as well.

The Shaolin Internal/External sounds like the english translation done by a Hawallian publisher.
