The floating rib, which if broken, frequently pucnctures the lung.
The famous "Charley Horse" on the side of the thigh.

See what I mean, someone always ask for something, and get exactly what that asked for and it’s never good enough… I guess Grados needs too go to the UFC now, too prove to others that he can fight someone twice his size, going right up the middle… I don’t think so, because I’ve seen a lot of small guys fight big guys up close, if their not sissies...

I never asked to see some teacher take advantage of his student.
I asked for a rational explanation about why YOU CONDEMNED fighting on the Blind Side.
I did not see the big guy go to the outside. So of what use is this video for this discussion?

OH MY GAAAWD that was HORRIFIC!
    What the HELL WAS that?
The taller guy had his arms straight out and NEVER EVER ATTACKED!
His elbows were out. He had no footwork.
He was just a punching bag.
Is this video supposed to prove something?
Like how cool it is to see an absurdly staged fake attempt at Chi Sau?
If you are going to post supposed examples of how effective staying in the middle is, pleas give us a REAL example, where both people actually try!
You STILL have not explained how what Redmond or Mazza did was not COMPLETELY effective.
They went to the blind side and were TOTALLY safe from a bigger guy who tried to pivot, becuase the TOOK HIS BALANCE!
Going to the Blind Side is only PART of the Whole.
    Go to the Blind Side.
    Attack the opening.
    Control the elbow.
IT WORKS if you know how to do it.
You started this thread by TRYING to show the weakness of mirror stance fighting and going to the flank.
I think the Videos that Redomond posted have YET to be analyzed to reveal ANY flaw in either their reasoning or application.
    So, how about it?
Where did Redmond and Mazza go wrong?
How did they not completely counter your claim?

    What do mean, "Cool?"
Did Sifu Chan Chee Man teach that Yip Man taught him to fight on the blind side or not?
    Do you agree or not?

Your one word answers are NOT Zen like.
They show your lack of understanding or your inability to clearly communicate.
You do not respond to specific points.

I ask you to show the errors in Redmond's videos and THIS is your response?

You resort to the weak mind's tactic of hiding from a challenge.

    You ignore it.

How about tackling something a little more cerebral.
Or is that too much to ask?

You think it's COOL and I'm WEAK and you LOL at me.

    That's pretty sad.

I guess the age of ideas IS dead.

    Quod erat demonstrandum
Aren't any of you skilled word smiths going to even TRY to explain away these videos which suport of Redmond's point?

Or is this like in the playground, when the little kid uses words the big guys don't understand, so you all just mock him rather than actually use that stuff between your ears to REASON!

    Thumbs down

My responding only benefits you, I really don’t need too respond to your posting,, you already let me know how you truly feel, so just keep scrambling...

    Ali Rahim.
Brilliant! Ah, I see it all now. How could I ever have been so wrong.

    How I feel, huh?

You make an unfounded criticism of TWC and when asked to support it, you don't.
My lack of desire to "get along" is based upon attitudes such as yours, where people criticize TWC and GM Cheung, but when asked to be specific, you can't deal.
So yes, I don't want to get along.
But I still want to get to the truth.
Which obviously either you don't or you can't.
So, even if you don't respond to me, you inability to clearly and accurately respond to Redmond shows one thing.
You can make assertions, that you have no ability to prove.
Congratulations, you have just confirmed why I have no desire to get along.

    I give up

    You win.

    I quit.

You stay to the inside. You do that.

And everyone else please keep doing that, too.

    Please!

Because the weight of your "evidence" was so overwhelming. And your unwillingness to give Redmond's videos any consideration was the right way to go. You should NEVER listen to someone who disagrees with you. There supposed "evidence" and multiple video postings dealing with specifics was just a smoke screen to hide the fact that we have absolutely NOTHING to offer.

I feel so naked and ashamed right now.

I'm going to curl up into a fetal position, hide under my bed and suck my thumb, and PRAY I don't run into any Wing Chun guys who want to stay in my center.

    God help me...
