I have seen a ton of home exercise machines over the years. Heck, there are infomercials for the latest and greatest every nite. Except for the Chuck Norris one, I have never see one I would actually want to buy because all the exercises can generally be done as good or better with no equipment, or a standard weight bench set. Even Chuck Norris's machine is something I wouldn't actually buy. I just think it's the only one worth buying....untill today.
I just watched a long infomercial on a lower back training machine that is basically a professional Therapists machine used to rehab lower back injuries that has been scaled down for home use.
I have to say, after all the struggling I went through with my back injury, I think I am actually going to buy this for my home gym. It will be the only exercise machine I have ever bought as I prefer caveman methods over modern tools.
The exercise it does is simple, but you need some sort of platform to elevate you high enough off the ground to do it...that is really what this thing is, combined with a pendulum that allows you to add weight progressively. It's a simple concept. The same exercises could probably be done of a Men's Parallel bar set too....but who has one in the home?

The only problem is how much it costs....$500.00...
