    new most hated exercises

i am curious what you all dread doing the most but still push yourself to do bc you know its a great workout. for me its used to be running. i am no fan but lately i have been doing a lot of it as i am training for a triathlon. but these are from the weight training routine i got from one of alwyn cosgroves books they are very difficult.

these are the two new exercises that i have decided i hate the most.

    1. the rotational lunge

    2. bulgarian split squat

i am doing 3 sets of 15 (per leg) at 60 lbs on the split squat and 3 sets of 15 with 35lb weight plate on the rotational lunge but they are both so hard to do. thankfully they are on different days. since the rotational lunge is at the end of my workout after having done squats, rows, hip extensions, push presses and crunches they are exceptionally difficult. at least the split squats are only preceded by dead lifts, incline press and lat pull downs. so my legs are usually pretty fresh for those.

    OK then...
    I guess variety is good...

If I had to choose one exercise I hate, it would be running.

jumping burpees. No idea what most would call them, but that's what my gym teacher used to call them, so...

    I hate running.

I like burpees and anything weights. Out of weight exercises I like bench press the least (probably because I'm not very good at it!).
    Bless you
