    Awesome. That sparring looked very fun and I must admit that the waist power in those people at the beginning looked very good and something I would like to work on.

    My student translated the interview with GM Lun Chee, it was discussion on his history...

    I've watched quite a few of these lately, gotta say I dig the way they move, almost reminds me more of Lama than CLF... not that that is a bad thing LOL

    i love those banana bags sifu lacey has. my sifu has one as well.

    i find them perfect for training your sow choys.

    I also use the swinging bag much the way he does in the clip.

    what is buck sing lin waan charp chui?
    how is it different to the other lin waan charp chui of other lineages?
    isn't it juss a right-left/left-right combination?
