legitimate chi kung school in New York City?

Does anyone know of a legit school in or close to New York City that teaches chi kung? Hopefully the teacher is very knowledgeable and teaches well.
I'd appreciate if somene can tell of any enlightening experiences they might have had while learning at the school.
