Dit Da Jow article on wikipedia

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dit_da_jow

Seems a little lacking. And can someone name a jow that's been passed down for generations after it was created in western medicine? I mean, WM has liniments, but are they jows? It needs some cleaning up.

I was thinking about adding to it as its a bit misleading with the whole dit da jow is used for iron palm training and that alone according to the way the article reads.
