    squat pr: 345

burried it, and it went up nice and smooth. will go for 350 for sure at the meet on march 22nd, maybe a little bit more. no vid unfortunatley, but i should have one of the meet. currently weighing 154 ... got 6lbs to drop in 11 days which shouldnt be too bad.

unfortunately i still missed 250 on bench (touch and go), but i should be good for 240 with pause. deadlift actually went down which is weird.

Without a video and a citation on Wikipedia, it did not happen. Sorry, try again.

thanks guys ... i was stoked at how easy it went up. it was heavy, but i didn't lean much and there were no real sticking points. i highly recommend sheiko for squats. im not the only one who's had not so great results on deadlift using the sheiko program though. still ... ill take the trade and ill eventualy do another sheiko run in the future.

One of your first posts in some time, and you have to get all sexual. That's disgusting.

Again, GDA, good work in droppin' that groove thing like it was of an above-average temperature.

I was lubing up with jow after slapping my bag when I initially read that, so I wasn't able to penetrate your meaning. But after sitting on it for awhile, I finally squeezed out where you were coming from.

Seriously man, you're a real sicko.

I know. Trying to get over it, though. Soon as it stops burning when I pee, I'll be straight.
