    d@mn you're getting scary strong
you're definitely an example i need to follow for consistency.... I don't think you were always throwin up big numbers like that and your current numbers are above some of my all time maxs - not to mention the fact that I weigh a good 100lbs more.

never thought I'd be saying that GDA's one of my role-models...

takin vids seems a really good way to check your form; dunno that I'd be able to catch that rounding on the deadlift at the angle I'd see it watching myself in the mirror.

    keep up the great work
What would happen if a year-old baby fell from a fourth-floor window onto the head of a burly truck driver, standing on the sidewalk?
It's practically certain that the truckman would be knocked unconscious. He might die of brain concussion or a broken neck.

    yea, that's it.

when one of my great aunt's died and her house was put in order a ton of pics from those days were found...quite scandelous given the times: pics of them sitting in sailor's and soldier's laps...dresses all askew and garters showing.

    ok...derailment over

none of them made it that far. Agatha, Winifred and Virginia all died fairly young...mid 50's to 60ish.

thought you might dig the old fashioned names.
