But the thing is Bob,

you believe that those who blindly follow others are sheep, but then want others to accept your views on your authority only, while explaining how you came to your opinion in the most vaguest of terms. To accept your authority/view on your word only is the same thing as acting like sheep. You basically want the sheep to follow you instead of the other guy.

Thinking people like to be persuaded by the evidence. How can a reasonable person expect others to follow him based on his word alone while at the same time criticizing them for being sheep when following another path?
