    i got 1st ... but i was the only one competing in the 148s. if i had gotten second id have been pretty bummed. id have been like, "awww man ..." and they'd have been like "face."

    for 2007 my squat and deadlift were 8th in the federation for my weightclass and my total was 9th though. i put 65lbs on my total, so hopefully my rankings will be better for 2008.

    the kid that took overall is only 22, weighed in at 208, and squatted 610. he was actually bummed because he totaled a little lower than he did last june at 198lbs. last june he got 1575. at 22. hes still got like 15 years to peak and hes totalling 1575 in just a belt.

    Take a break from benching, try focusing on weight dips and shoulder presses.Do Benching once a week only.

    Do you get extra points for doing it sideways?
