    Thats pretty much my warm up right there. Then once the chi gets going I start moving it and really excercising it.

    At the base of my neck "jade pillow/pillar" that one gets me blocked up. My heart is ok, but my upper middle back gets blocked a lot.

    Then if you have gas, you start rumbling, I do stomache massage/chi kung for that and then I can get down to business.
